One of the most common questions we receive is:

"Can I track my flowers?" or "What time will my flowers arrive?"

We completely understand why you'd like to know. While we currently do not offer live GPS flower tracking, we are always looking for ways to improve our customer experience as we continue to grow.

As a local flower shop, our delivery routes change daily based on traffic, weather, and the number of deliveries scheduled for the day.

Delivery Tips

For the best delivery experience, we recommend sending flowers to a permanent address where someone is likely to be available throughout the day.

Because our drivers are completing multiple deliveries and navigating Dallas-Fort Worth traffic, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Our drivers carefully plan routes each day to ensure every arrangement arrives safely and beautifully. Delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or other unexpected delays.

Need Flowers Delivered at a Specific Time?

If timing is extremely important, we recommend:

• Scheduling a pickup from our shop, or

• Arranging for a trusted friend, family member, or driver to pick up the order on your behalf.

If your goal is simply to have your flowers delivered the same day, we've got you covered! 

If No One Is Home

Flowers are surprisingly resilient and can typically be left safely at the delivery location when appropriate. Our drivers will use their best judgment to place your arrangement in a secure area whenever possible.
