When Verification May Be Required

• Same-day or rush deliveries
• Orders with multiple delivery addresses
• Billing and recipient information that do not match
• Orders flagged by our security or fraud-prevention systems

What Information May Be Requested?

Depending on the situation, we may ask for one of the following:

• A photo of a valid government-issued ID (Driver's License, Passport, or State ID), or
• A selfie holding the ID, or
• A photo of the payment card showing only the last 4 digits (please cover all other information)

✅ Important: You may cover your ID number. We only need to verify the name and photo to confirm the order.

How to Submit Verification

Verification information may be submitted through:

• A secure upload link (when available), or
• Email or text message through our official business contact information

Verification Processing Time

Most verifications are completed within 15–60 minutes during business hours.

Orders requiring verification may be delayed until the verification process is completed.

If You Prefer Not to Provide ID Verification

If you do not wish to submit identification documents, you may choose one of our alternative payment methods:

• Zelle
• Cash (for in-store pickup orders only, when applicable)

Please note that we cannot process or release an order until payment has been successfully confirmed.

Final Sale Policy

Due to the perishable and custom-made nature of flowers and gifts, all sales are final.

For this reason:

• No refunds
• No returns
• No exchanges
• No cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed

This policy applies to:

• Floral arrangements and gifts
• Delivery fees
• Service fees
• Rush delivery fees
• Tips and all additional add-ons

Privacy & Data Protection

Any information provided for verification purposes is used solely to confirm identity and prevent fraud.

Coko Berry does not sell, share, or disclose personal information to third parties except when required by law.

Right to Refuse Service

To protect our customers and our business, Coko Berry reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order that cannot be adequately verified.
