FLOWER SUBSTITUTION

We are committed to delivering your emotions in the freshest and most beautiful way possible. However, due to the nature, seasonality, and regional availability of flowers, substitutions of equal or greater value may be made. We will always preserve the essence of the original design in shape, style, size, and colors.

• For single-variety arrangements, priority will be given to the type of flower over color (example: if yellow daisies are unavailable, they will be replaced with daisies of another color).

• White and cream roses may be substituted for each other, as well as peach and pink roses.

TIMELY DELIVERY

For special occasions (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.), if we cannot contact you and an item is unavailable, substitutions of equal or greater value will be made to ensure on-time delivery.

ORIGINALITY AND PREPARATION

All catalog photos display original Coko Berry work. Colors and designs may vary slightly since they are natural flowers.
A minimum of 4 hours is required for order preparation and delivery. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time but will provide a delivery window.

IN-STORE PICKUP

If you choose in-store pickup, you must present a valid ID to complete the delivery.

ORDERS WITH ALCOHOL

By including products with alcohol, you confirm that you are over 21 years of age. A valid ID and signature are required upon delivery. Orders will not be left at the door without a signature.

EDIBLE PRODUCTS

The customer assumes full responsibility for the consumption of edible products (chocolates, cookies, etc.) offered on our site. Coko Berry is not responsible for allergies. It is recommended to read the ingredients carefully before consuming.

SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS

Some arrangements include sharp objects (sticks, needles, pins), balloons, cords, or large bags. These are not toys and must be kept out of children’s reach.

DISCLAIMER

Coko Berry is not responsible for the use, handling, or disposal of products once delivered or picked up at the store. The safety and proper use of items are the customer’s responsibility after delivery.
